Hello, around the year 1998 I noticed a protuberance on my shaft, did not make much of it, until after many days it did not go away . I started poking it and nothing happenes, then, I saw a grain on the top of it, which I removed, bleeding quite a bit, with that  done I thought it was going to go away, it didn´t, instead the bump remained in the shaft, which worried me for a while, then I did not pay attention...
